Guelhanepark Hotel & Spa Istanbul

The hotel had great staff who were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival and even helped me find a nearby restaurant that was still open late at night. The location was perfect, close to all the historic attractions and surrounded by charming Turkish restaurants and shops. Plus, the rooms weresuper clean and cozy, making my Christmas stay enjoyable.

That the WiFi signal in the rooms was not very strong. if you sit in the lobby, the connection is much better.

This hotel is in a prime location, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. It is within walking distance to major attractions such as the Basilica Cisterns, Hagia Sophia, and Blue Mosque. Additionally, it is very close to a beautiful park, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The room and bathroom were satisfactory, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.

The noise from nearby grocery stores in the evening can be bothersome.

Staff was efficient, overall experience was good. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. Central location, not too far from a superb museum. With smooth check-in and late check-out, this hotel was cosy!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, situated in a quiet area yet close to all the mosques and other attractions. It was so convenient to have the T1 tram nearby, which easily took us to the more distant attractions. We also appreciated the hotel being in a very good area, surrounded by cafes and supermarkets. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make our trip pleasant. Special thanks to Zeki and Erhan for their attentive service throughout our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was great too. We will definitely come back here again!

Non-smoking room with exceptionally comfortable bed, freshly prepared breakfast with lots of good food. The location in a downtown area was perfect and there where shops and a bazaar nearby.

We absolutely loved staying at this venue! It's situated in the best area of the historic center, just outside the main attractions. The staff, from waiters to managers, were incredibly helpful and provided an excellent service. The room amenities were impeccable - the mini-bar, heating and air conditioning, and free in-room safe were especially appreciated. The spa and wellness center was also a highlight of our stay, with facilities such as the sauna and Turkish bath providing the perfect way to unwind after long days of exploring. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

I recently stayed at Gulhanepark Hotel & Spa for 9 days and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is perfect, within a short walking distance to many top attractions and next to a beautiful park with stunning flowers. Despite its central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and helpful, especially Mr. Bayram at the reception. The beds in the room were also very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel offers a delicious Turkish breakfast and has great amenities like WiFi, a heater, and constant hot water. They even provide complimentary tea and coffee. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a public carpark, making parking easy and convenient. The surrounding area is filled with charming little restaurants, ensuring that you never go hungry. my stay at Gulhanepark Hotel & Spa was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back again!

We had a great stay at Gulhanepark Hotel & Spa! The location is perfect, right behind Gülhane park and close to the tram station and Tokapi Palace. The room was spacious and clean as new. We enjoyed the variety of eateries in the area. Despite some noise from thin walls, the staff were helpful and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb as it was right in the heart of the historical center and very close to the tram station. We were able to easily explore this city by taking a short walk to the Gulhane tram station, great to conveniently visit attractions like Eminonu and cross the Galata bridge. the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. They even brought a child crib to our room without us having to ask. The room itself was big and clean, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
